Our unique style of Hapkido was introduced to Australia during the ninties by the late Grand Master Cha Sok Park.
Hapkido can literally be translated as follows:
Hap – Together
Ki – Internal energy combining mental and physical power
Do – Way or Style
Through our Hapkido system students learn to harmonise their instincts with their own body power. The techniques include kicks, strikes, throws, grasps and weapons with all movements aimed at the opponent’s pressure points, joints and other vital organs.
