Bigger? As in muscle mass? No, or at least, most likely not. To build muscles mass requires a certain diet very high in carbohydrates and proteins. But even with a diet like that, a routine of kicking a heavy bag isn't demanding enough on the muscles. Power squats with heavy weights would, though.
Kicking a heavy bag can help develop muscle strength. As far as the martial arts are concerned, quality over quantity. You're development might suffer if it's not in good form and correct technique.
In the end, martial arts isn't designed to increase muscle mass. If that's your aim, you'd be better off weight lifting for it.
