And I also chest press 110 lbs 10x and I do 3 sets.

I never do arms on the same day im doing a full chest workout,instead I do whole days of just arms once a week. I do chest and back workouts twice a week. Arm workouts are tricky because it usually will take longer for your arm muscles to recover then your chest and back,sometimes I skip them and throw them in bi-weekly.
