" I was compelled to write to you about the wonderful experience that I had during the four morning "Boot Camp" training sessions held in the period Thursday 3rd January to Sunday 6th January 2008. A dedicated group of students from South Australia and Ireland met at 7:00 am each morning and trained under the guidance of Senior Instructor Patrick Matthews. His cheerful good humour, combined with his ability to get the best out of the students, resulted in four training sessions that were challenging and fun-filled. Instructor Patrick is to be commended for his innovative and exciting approach during the training sessions. Thankyou for providing the opportunity for me and the other participants to further our enjoyment of the World Taekwondo experience through the Boot Camps.
